Fantastic Food Festival 2017 venues set


The hugely popular ‘Fantastic’ British Food Festivals, such a big ‘hit’ last year at numerous venues across the UK, are on their way for 2017.


The ‘Fantastic’ team work with a variety of food & drink producers and talented chefs,UK-wide creating ‘super-stylish’ Food Festivals ‘fantastic’  at all kinds of beautiful venues. Now,  all the location details for the 2017 series are finalised.

The series will open in May at historic Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. The event will run from May 27th-29th. Then comes two August dates – Bath & Bristol on August 12th and 13th and then, off to West London, to Wimbledon Park, later in the month for two days of ‘foodie’ action over the August Bank Holiday, running from the 26th to the 28th.



The September event is Leeds Castle – 8th-10th and then back South to Surrey on the 7th and 8th of October to picturesque Polesden Lacey, an Edwardian house and estate located on the North Downs at Great Bookham, near Dorking.

The season ends at the Kempton Park racecourse in early December – on the 9th and 10th of that month – ideal for Christmas food planning and festive shopping, of course!

The ‘Fantastic’ British Food team are promising a Food Festival programme this year even better than their efforts in 2016.  There will be Star TV Chefs galore – all going through their paces. There will be scores of food businesses and traders from across the UK, showing off their wares at each and every one of these very special Festival venues.

Jack Sturgess of ‘Bake with Jack’

Jack was crowned winner by Nadiya Hussain, winner of Great British Bake Off 2015, at Sandown Park Food Festival on September 18th.  After an eight-year career in professional kitchens, Jack launched ‘Bake with Jack’ in 2013.  Bake with Jack is the realisation of Jack’s dream of teaching people to bake in their own homes –  showing that making homemade bread is achievable anywhere. Merryhill Mushrooms of Worthing

Six generations of mushroom growing experience went into the development of the Merryhill ‘grow your own’ kits. Now everyone can harvest fresh chestnut, white and yellow oyster mushrooms from organic compost. For more visit –
